MYBOX is a System that offers you the ability to verify the status of your packages, billing, view the history of the merchandise you have brought through the service, as well as pre-alert your purchases.

Upon entering you will request the following:

Password: (at the time of registration is sent by email, if you do not remember having received it click on Reset Password and will be sent again to your email).

Air Freight: Once we receive your shipment in our Miami warehouse, it will be delivered to Panama (either your home, office, or the store selected) within 3 to 4 business days.
Ocean Freight :the maritime freight takes 10 days to arrive. It is scheduled weekly, every Friday arriving to Panama.

Yes. Your packages have a maximum coverage of $500 dollars (a deductible is applicable).

When making your online purchases, take into account the cost of the merchandise as well as the cost of returning items from Panama back to the United States. The seller will only cover, in some cases, the cost of returning items within the United States (not from Panama to the United States). Always contact the seller for details.

Damages and defects occurred during transportation with Mybox Express are covered with the $500 insurance coverage provided (a deductible is applicable). Please contact us immediately in order to process your claim. Please note that our insurance does not cover manufacturing defects.

Mybox Express offers international courier service options.

The pick up process with USPS is not the same as with our courier services (services that deliver to our Miami address). USPS does not deliver door to door. Notifications can take between 24 to 48 hours after delivery time in the USPS office. As a result, packages can appear as delivered at our address, but have not in fact been received by our agents in Miami. When your package appears as delivered, it means that it is in the USPS store nearest to our Miami location and will be soon delivered.
